ISO 14001 accredited. Obsessive about waste. And forever nudging our clients towards smarter, greener choices in everything from furniture to fit out.

We've got beehives in the pipeline, renewable energy on the horizon and a team that cares deeply about leaving things better than we found them. Watch this space. Quite literally.

We're working towards WELL Building Standard certification, volunteer leave and even more ways to give back. Because a business that looks after its people and its community is a business worth being proud of. And we are. Enormously.

Especially when nobody's watching, actually. Strong governance isn't the most glamorous part of running a business, but it's one of the most important. We're ISO 9001 accredited, Safe Contractor certified and rigorous about the way we operate at every level.

Comprehensive policies. Regular reviews. Leaders who lead by example. It's all part of making sure Blueprint is a business everyone can trust completely. ISO 45001 is next on the list. Because there's always another bar to raise.

ENVIRONMENTAL

We are dedicated to minimising our environmental impact and have several initiatives to help us do so.

ISO 14001 accreditation – We adhere to the highest environmental management standards.
Controlled waste removal – We minimise waste to landfill by tracking and reporting on waste removal to establish responsible recycling percentages.
Project specification processes – We help our clients make sustainable choices around their fit out and furniture assets and procurement by promoting circular product principles and low-carbon products.
Electric vehicles and charging – Encouraging the use of electric vehicles and providing charging facilities at our office.

We are currently working towards:

Developing policies on food waste and water quality, sustainable travel, digital decarbonisation, sample management.
Supporting biodiversity through installing beehives, bird feeders, and pollinator plants.
Renewable energy generation at our HQ.
Creating an optimised recycling policy.
Employee carbon footprint scoping.
Contractor management minimum environmental standard requirements.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
