SUSTAINABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

We love what we do. We love the people we do it with. And we love the planet we do it on.

We’re pretty serious about not wrecking the planet Look, we're not going to stand here and pretend we've got it all figured out. But we're working at it every single day. And we're making real, exciting progress.

ISO 14001 accredited. Obsessive about waste. And forever nudging our clients towards smarter, greener choices in everything from furniture to fit out.

We've got beehives in the pipeline, renewable energy on the horizon and a team that cares deeply about leaving things better than we found them. Watch this space. Quite literally.

Brilliant people deserve to be looked after brilliantly

People are everything to us. Our team. Our clients. Our communities. We provide a workplace that's safe, inclusive and a wonderful place to be part of, invest £10,000 every year into charitable causes and make a point of keeping our spend local wherever we possibly can.

We're working towards WELL Building Standard certification, volunteer leave and even more ways to give back. Because a business that looks after its people and its community is a business worth being proud of. And we are. Enormously.

Doing the right thing. Even when nobody’s watching.

Especially when nobody's watching, actually. Strong governance isn't the most glamorous part of running a business, but it's one of the most important. We're ISO 9001 accredited, Safe Contractor certified and rigorous about the way we operate at every level.

Comprehensive policies. Regular reviews. Leaders who lead by example. It's all part of making sure Blueprint is a business everyone can trust completely. ISO 45001 is next on the list. Because there's always another bar to raise.
