The two roles we’re looking to fill are for a Commercial Interior Designer and a Bid Manager.

commercial Interior Designer

The Person

As a small business, it is important that the people who join us share our enthusiasm, ambition and commitment to producing great spaces combined with giving great customer service. We are looking for a team player who is not afraid of taking on responsibility, able to use their initiative and who can show and share great creativity and passion when it comes to creating people focused working environments.

Experience

We anticipate the right person will have at least 3+ years experience in commercial interior design, in order to demonstrate the required skills.

Bid Manager

Main purpose of the role

To lead the pre-contracts & bid function of the business to ensure that both client expectations and the business objectives are met effectively. Set and measure efficiencies of the company processes, striving for constant improvements to protect and ultimately improve the GP through the pre-contracts & bid functions of the business.

Accountable for

Ensuring that the project GP, as required by the bid strategy team, is delivered at the pre-contracts/bid stage.
