I’m responsible for taking a brief from conception right through to completion. This includes taking a brief, space planning, producing a feasibility presentation and once approved, producing a drawing package, specifying materials and furniture and building a 3D model to fortify the design amongst other tasks throughout.

What do you like about working at blueprint interiors?

I think Blueprint Interiors has a great ethos in terms of our person-centred approach, and this starts within our great office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. We have everything we need here to work efficiently alongside one another, plus a few luxuries! I enjoy the opportunities I get to help other employers see the benefit of this style of management. It’s great that Blueprint invests in our own people too, as every business should, constantly training our employees and sending us on the latest courses in order to keep up-to-date.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

I work on pet portrait commissions in my spare time, drawing in pencil and capturing their personalities forever.

My fiancé and I have a whippet which we rehomed during the pandemic.
