Advertising Deal to Help Raise Interior Fit Out Profile in Derby
On Friday 18 September Derby City Council has invited over 200 commercial property professionals to take part in a webinar to discover how they plan to invest £33.5bn to drive regeneration and economic development in Derby – from the flagship Infinity Park – a planned 100-acre tech and commercial park – to the Becketwell scheme which will regenerate almost 5% of the city centre.
We’ve signed up as an advertising partner to help host the event and ensure our business partners can hear from the leaders involved in driving these projects forward. Like us, we hope that they’ll be able to understand the delivery timeframes and therefore be able to spot procurement opportunities that might arise for their businesses.
Our Client Services Director Mike McKeown, said:
“Whilst the plans we will hear about will take place between now and 2030, we see our involvement in this special event in Derby as an important aspect of Blueprint Interiors being able to offer a ‘here and now’ workplace consultancy solution at a time when many businesses in Derby will be re-thinking their office space investment and considering more agile hybrid office fit-outs. Being an advertising partner will help further raise our profile in a City that has a number of ambitious commercial office developments in the pipeline.”
The event is being organised by Built Environment Networking and features a number of influential speakers. These include:
David Bullock from Compendium Living, a specialist in large-scale residential-led redevelopment and regeneration projects. They currently have several schemes across the Midlands.
Paul Morris from St James Securities who is the developer behind St Paul’s Place in Sheffield and the award-winning Round Foundry in Leeds. They’re currently carrying out a major regeneration of the Becketwell area of Derby alongside the city council.
Catherine Williams from Derby City Council is going to describe how the Council will press ahead with their City Centre Masterplan which is designed to create offices, retail units, a hotel and entertainment venues to generate 4,000 jobs and 1,900 homes.
Stephen Pratt from Godwin Developments will explain how Godwin Group will deliver a £68m scheme in Derby.
The webinar is taking place on 18th September between 9am and 11am. Tickets are free and you can register to take part by clicking this link.
We look forward to seeing you there!
