  • ISO 14001 accreditation – We adhere to the highest environmental management standards.
  • Controlled waste removal – We minimise waste to landfill by tracking and reporting on waste removal to establish responsible recycling percentages.
  • Project specification processes – We help our clients make sustainable choices around their fit out and furniture assets and procurement by promoting circular product principles and low-carbon products.
  • Electric vehicles and charging – Encouraging the use of electric vehicles and providing charging facilities at our office.

We are currently working towards:

  • Developing policies on food waste and water quality, sustainable travel, digital decarbonisation, sample management.
  • Supporting biodiversity through installing beehives, bird feeders, and pollinator plants.
  • Renewable energy generation at our HQ.
  • Creating an optimised recycling policy.
  • Employee carbon footprint scoping.
  • Contractor management minimum environmental standard requirements.

Social Responsibility

Our social policies ensure a thriving, inclusive workplace and strong community engagement.

  • Safe and healthy workplace – Compliance with WELL H&S standards and ISO audits ensures a safe environment for our employees.
  • Employee welfare and wellbeing – Providing an employee welfare scheme.
  • Diversity and inclusion – Committing to equal opportunities and fostering a diverse workforce.
  • Continual learning – Supporting ongoing professional and personal growth through focused CPD, training, and team-building activities.
  • Charitable engagement – Committing £10,000 annually to charitable causes including sponsoring charity events, and match funding team and individual fundraising activities.

We are currently working towards:

  • Achieving WELL Building Standard, including a Wellbeing Room at WorkLife Central.
  • Implementing volunteer leave, increased community days and team building days.

  • Providing local gym/exercise discounts.
  • Providing contractor environmental CPD provision.
