Rachel Biddles

I oversee the day to day running of the business, mainly heading up the finance/admin/operational side of the business.  I help to coordinate the Blueprint internal teams alongside our sub-contractor/supplier partners to ensure our projects run like clockwork to time and to budget.

What do you like most about working at Blueprint?

I like that it is always changing, always evolving, every day is different, and it is a constant adventure and it’s a great sense of achievement when we get to see the final result.

The team here at Blueprint all share in the same core values and Company vision, so getting to work with likeminded people daily makes my job easier and more enjoyable.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

Getting some down time whether this be away on holiday somewhere hot or just spending time with my family, 2 boys and 2 dogs.
