When long-standing client Roythornes Solicitors expanded into the West Midlands by opening an office in Birmingham we were delighted to be chosen to help them bring their brand personality to life in a new location.

Making Space Work
Starting with a blank shell of 3,500 sq. ft of space, we held several consultative sessions with the Birmingham team to understand their objectives and exactly how the space was going to be used – adding of course a number of our own recommendations.
From a shell to a place for people
Being in a new geographic location, Roythornes wanted to test what the local market had to offer, and we were successful in this competitive tender due to our expertise and consultative approach. Having already fitted out their Peterborough and Alconbury offices we also had a prior understanding of their brand and a track record of delivering their people-focused vision exactly to brief.

People-first design
This vision for a people-first office was delivered by utilising all space effectively. This included providing open plan working that took advantage of the building’s quirky ‘C’ shape to ensure as much natural light as possible was utilised from the floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views of the city skyline.
The outcome has created a fantastic place to work, with a welcoming reception area and spacious meeting rooms in which to host clients in a friendly and professional environment.
